What happens if I exceed the Free Trial usage?

If you have used all your 5 trial reports within your first 28 days, you’ll be charged for any extra report. If there is a charge but you don’t have the credit, your report will be held for three days so you can top up your account. Free reports are not included in this usage limit. To find out which reports are free, click on the Free link in the footer.

How long is the Free Trial?

The Free Trial lasts for 28 days from the day you register the app on your phone and allows you to send up to five reports. Free reports are not included in this usage limit. Click on Free in the footer to see which reports are free.

What is the Free Trial for?

The Free Trial lets you test out the app for personal or private uses, and see how your account and the service works. You can send or secure five trial reports in your first 28 days. These could be tests to friends, family or colleagues, or real reports, be it to an insurer or adviser. Please note that free reports are not included in this trial usage. To find out which reports are free, click on the Free link in the footer.

What happens to my reports after the trial period?

Your trial reports are kept for 31 days and they will then be removed from your account. If you want to secure any trial report for longer, you will need to add credit. For the cost of a report, click on the Charges link in the footer. Please note that free reports are not counted as trial reports and will not be removed from your account after your trial. Click on the Free link in the footer to see which reports are free.

How many reports do I get during the Free Trial?

You can send or secure five reports for free during your first 28 days. Some types of report are always free, and these are not included in this usage limit. Click on Free in the footer to see which reports are free.

How long is a Free Trial report kept?

Free Trial reports are kept until the end of day 31.

How many times can a Free Trial report be downloaded?

Evidence attached to a Free Trial report can be downloaded six times: three by the sender and three by the recipient. The report can be saved to your PC as often as you want.

Will the app and my account still work?

Yes. If you keep the app on your phone, it and your account stay live and you can use them as and when you want for free or charged reports.
